Privacy Policy — Ads automation
Last updated: 1 October 2026

1. Who operates the app
KAMIVO operates Ads automation, an internal tool for preparing and uploading advertisements to Meta advertising accounts that KAMIVO owns or is authorized to manage.
Privacy contact: kamivo.orders@gmail.com

2. Information the app processes
The app processes Meta access tokens provided by an authorized operator; advertising account, campaign, ad set, ad, creative, Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers and related configuration; and spreadsheet entries, advertising text, destination URLs, images, videos and thumbnails selected by the operator. It also processes upload results, media fingerprints and technical status or error messages to complete uploads and prevent duplicate creation.
The current uploader does not retrieve customer lists, private messages, lead submissions or individual purchasers' information. Although an ad set may reference a Meta Pixel identifier, the uploader does not retrieve individual Pixel events.

3. How information is used
Information is used to validate advertising inputs, upload media, create advertising creatives, copy ad set settings, create paused advertisements, show progress and record completed or uncertain operations. Access to Meta data is limited by the permissions and advertising assets available to the authorized operator.

4. Storage and retention
The uploader runs locally on the operator's computer. Selected spreadsheets and media remain in their existing local locations. The app stores an upload_history.json file containing operation fingerprints, status and API results, which may include Meta asset identifiers or media URLs. This history supports duplicate prevention and recovery after interrupted uploads.
The current app does not intentionally write the access token to a file; it holds the token in memory during use. Closing the app and its browser tab ends that session. Local files and history are retained while needed for advertising operations and recovery, and should be deleted when no longer needed. Data uploaded to Meta is stored separately by Meta and remains there until removed through Meta's tools or applicable deletion processes.

5. Sharing and external services
The app sends selected advertising content, settings and authentication information to Meta through its APIs to perform the requested advertising operations. Meta processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
The current uploader has no built-in connection to OpenAI or ChatGPT and does not automatically send data to an AI service. If an operator separately submits content to ChatGPT or another service, that is a separate activity governed by that service's terms and privacy notice.
KAMIVO does not sell information processed by this app. The uploader does not include third-party analytics or advertising tracking scripts. The website hosting this privacy policy may have its own privacy notice covering website access logs or cookies.

6. Security
The local interface is bound to the operator's computer, and Meta API requests use HTTPS. Operators must protect their computer, restrict access to local files and keep access tokens confidential. Tokens should be revoked if compromised or no longer needed.

7. Access, correction and deletion requests
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information processed by KAMIVO through this app, contact kamivo.orders@gmail.com with the subject “Ads automation privacy request”. Identify the relevant account or advertising assets, but do not send passwords or access tokens. KAMIVO may request reasonable information to verify authority over the data and will respond as required by applicable law.
An authorized local operator can stop the app, close its browser tab, revoke the Meta token or app access, and delete local spreadsheets, media and upload_history.json that are no longer needed. Deleting upload history removes duplicate protection, so check existing assets in Ads Manager before uploading the same content again. Deleting local files does not delete assets already uploaded to Meta; those must be managed in Meta's tools by an authorized account administrator.
Where applicable, individuals may also request restriction of processing, object to processing, request portability, or complain to their local data protection authority.

8. Changes
KAMIVO will update this notice when the app's data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
